Dear Friends,
I saw an extraordinary rainbow this week.
It was perfect timing, given the Torah portion.
I'll explain, as we read from the scroll, at our Shabbat Evening Service (7:30 PM).

We are having intense discussions on ethical issues new and old at our Shabbat Morning Torah Study (10:00 AM).
This week we'll look at the role of whistleblowers, and when that becomes not just a right but an obligation.

This Sunday (12:00 in-person only, with bagels and lox): at the Adas Emuno Travel Club, Scott Paranada-Fried will talk about his new book: How Do you Say Kosher in Japanese? based on his two year stay as a teacher in rural Japan!

Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Schwartz
