Congregation Adas Emuno’s Religious School, located in Bergen County, New Jersey, serves the children of members from PreK through Confirmation and the children of unaffiliated families from PreK through Grade One with a positive experience in the context of a Reform Jewish education.
Our Religious School is administrated by a professional director, who develops the curriculum, supervises our teachers, and meets with the parents and students. Our Cantor is the teacher of Grades 6 and 7 Hebrew and, as spiritual leader of the Congregation, also conducts a morning service and Kiddush for the entire school community.
Religious School classes are one day a week on Sundays. The teaching methods and instructional materials are designed to fit the developmental needs and abilities of our students. Learn more:
Parents play an integral part in helping us reach our school’s goals. To that end, parents are asked to volunteer in one or more of the following roles during the course of the year: parent of the week, phone chain callers, class participation services coordinators, field trip chaperones, holiday programming assistants, Purim Carnival, fundraising event coordinators, and staff appreciation. All parents are considered members of the Religious School Committee.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact Jennifer Katz-Goldstein, School Director.
