Our congregation has many needs, some of which are not met by membership dues, school tuition, fees, or our hard-working volunteers. Donations from generous members and nonmembers go a long way toward meeting those needs. Please be generous throughout the year and consider making donations in honor of a bar/bat mitzvah, birthday, anniversary, birth, wedding, or to memorialize a loved one. All donations will be acknowledged in Kadima, the bulletin of Congregation Adas Emuno, and with a thank-you note to the donor. Notes will also be mailed to the person being honored or the family of the person memorialized.
Checks, payable to “Congregation Adas Emuno,” may be mailed to the synagogue, to the attention of the Financial Secretary, and you may specify one of the following:
Religious School Fund Contributions to our school will help us maintain a high quality of programming and educational opportunities for our children.
Torah Repair Fund Our historic torahs, their covers, and decorations require repairs and maintenance to insure that they will be available for use in the coming years and available to future generations.
Cantor’s Discretionary Fund Our Cantor uses these funds to help those in need within our community and the surrounding area.
Building Fund Contributions to our building fund augment the funds each family is assessed at membership time, insuring that we are able to handle major repairs and maintenance on our three buildings and grounds as they are needed.
Flowers Fund Contributions are used to purchase floral arrangements for the sanctuary for the High Holy Days.
Tree of Life Celebrate events, friends, and family with an engraved plaque on our beautifully painted Jerusalem Tree of Life ($180).
Memorial Plaque engraved to remember a yartzeit and displayed in our sanctuary ($300)
